The primary purpose of the Website is to showcase ApexTech's mission, vision, products, strengths, activities, and to attract potential talent to join our team via Creative Producer and AI Video Artist Bootcamp.

ApexTech may from time to time organize free educational programs, including but not limited to bootcamps, training sessions, or similar initiatives (the “Bootcamp”).
Participation in any Bootcamp is voluntary and does not create any employment, partnership, or contractual relationship between the participant and ApexTech, nor does it guarantee any offer of employment, cooperation, or further engagement. ApexTech reserves full discretion to select participants based on its own criteria and may accept or reject any application without providing reasons.
By participating in the Bootcamp, participants may be invited to complete tasks, assignments, projects, or submit materials, including but not limited to creative concepts, strategies, analyses, written content, or other work product (collectively, the “Work Product”).
By submitting any Work Product, the participant hereby grants ApexTech a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, publicly display, and otherwise exploit such Work Product, in whole or in part, for any lawful purpose, including commercial purposes, without any obligation to compensate the participant.

Participants must ensure that any submitted Work Product does not infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any third party. The participant shall be solely responsible for any such infringement.
Security measures have been employed to ensure security and confidentiality of visitors’ data. However, visitors acknowledge that ApexTech does not control the transfer of data over telecommunication facilities including the Internet. Therefore, ApexTech warns visitors against any potential risk involved by the use of the Internet in this respect.
